This month was a little tougher. Though, there is some good music out there about getting older. In some cases, about not getting older. I think aging has done me some good, I still think I’m a lot smarter than most of the people around me, but I’m wise enough to know how stupid that sounds. In a lot of ways as long as I keep moving getting older is just another step on my path to… whatever it is I keep trying to reach.

Cousin Mike here. I’m going with Forever Young. But, I have a write-in candidate! Cats in the Cradle by Jim Croce. It’s a song that stuck with me over the years. Have tried to always make time for my kids so I don’t wind up in the position of the Dad in this song at the end.

Cats in the cradle was by Harry Chapin, I think, but Forever Young is a great choice.
